Schedule EXACT Reports
Log into SOE EXACT from your practice and schedule the following reports to run daily and to be sent to your personal Dental Dash email address.
Log into the app and go to Settings > EXACT. Your email address is listed there. Make a note of this address, you will need it later.
Configuring Two Reports
For Dental Dash to show you your reports, you will need to correctly configure the following email reports on a daily schedule.
The instructions need to be followed exactly as shown in the links below.
- Chair Time Analysis
- Allocated Payments
Waiting For Reports To Be Sent
At your scheduled time, the reports will be generated and sent to Dental Dash. You will need to wait for the reports to be generated and sent to your personal Dental Dash email address.
Troubleshooting
Sometimes emails sit in your outbox waiting to be sent. You can force EXACT to send the emails by going to Emails > Outbox and then Send.
