Before You Begin

Make sure you have the following ready before you start:

  • Access to your practice server — you'll need to install a small connector application (Dash Connect) on the machine running SOE Exact
  • Server permissions — you or your IT contact must have administrator rights on the server to install software
  • Your Dental Dash credentials — your username and password from when you signed up. Keep these to hand; you'll need them during setup

Not sure if you have server access? Ask your practice manager or whoever looks after your Exact server. If your server is managed by an external IT company, you'll need to loop them in to install Dash Connect for SOE Exact.
