Before You Begin

Welcome to Dental Dash! Before we get your dashboard up and running, make sure you have the following ready:

  • A credit card – You'll need this to select your plan and complete the initial sign-up.
  • SOE EXACT access – You need to log into SOE EXACT from any computer. Ensure your user account has permissions to Schedule Reports.

How It Works​

Getting your data into Dental Dash is simple.

  1. Automated Exports - You will configure your SOE EXACT system to generate specific daily reports.
  2. Secure Delivery - These reports are scheduled to run automatically and send directly to your practice's dedicated, secure Dental Dash email address.
  3. Instant Analytics - Once the data arrives, Dental Dash automatically cleans and analyses your CSV files, updating your metrics securely.

The end result? A beautiful and easy-to-read breakdown of your practice's performance right on your smartphone.

Instructions​

1. Sign Up​

Create your Dental Dash account to get started. You will be provided a dedicated report submission email address specific to your practice. You will need these credentials later to log into the mobile app.

2. Connect to SOE EXACT​

To bring your dashboard to life, you need to route two essential daily reports from SOE EXACT to your dedicated Dental Dash report submission email address.
