Install Dash Connect

Dash Connect is a small background application that runs on your practice server. It reads data from SOE Exact and sends it securely to your Dental Dash dashboard. It does not modify anything in Exact.

This step needs to be done on the machine running SOE Exact — not on your personal computer or iPad.

  1. On your practice server, go to dentaldash.co.uk/connect
  2. Download the Dash Connect installer
  3. Run the installer and follow the on-screen prompts
  4. When prompted, sign in with your Dental Dash username and password

Dash Connect will install as a background service and start automatically whenever the server is running.

Working with an IT provider? Forward them this page and ask them to complete Steps 3 and 4 on your behalf. Your Dental Dash login is all they'll need.
